All sewing patterns are actual patterns, and not a PDF. You can buy any pattern with confidence, I count all pieces in a cut pattern to assure a complete pattern. If a pattern has been altered with tape for length, I will state it in the listing. Most of my sewing patterns are estate sale finds and many are vintage. Many will have some envelope wear such as foxing, wrinkles, tears or writing on the envelope, and even those patterns and instructions are in very good condition. I try to mention any condition items I find when checking and listing patterns. I do not accept return of sewing patterns for size. Therefore, sewing patterns are not returnable.

My goal is to package all items to arrive safely at your home. We fully believe in recycling at our home and will sometimes reuse boxes, bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts and packing paper. Therefore, you will sometimes see a label over writing on a box. We value each and every sale, and make an effort to also save the planet.

While we normally do not accept returns, if there is something materially different with the item received, we will make every attempt to satisfy you. Please note that colors differ on each computer/phone/ipad/tablet screen and color differences are to be expected. If an item appears differently with lighting in the photos (such as with fabrics), I will try to place a note in the listing such as "pictures 1,2 and 5 show the actual color" or something similar. Always feel free to send questions before purchase.

Many expensive items will only be shipped insured and signature required. If it is necessary to ship this way, it will always be noted in the listing. As always, feel free to send any questions before purchase.

Sewing pattern sizes and measurements are not all created equal. Moreover, if you wear a size 10 in the store, you may very well need to purchase a larger size in a sewing pattern, expecially vintage patterns, when measurements were smaller.
